4 steps to making the perfect cup of cacao

One of the biggest barriers to taking cacao every day can be the hassle of shaving and chopping it up.

nua cacao is perfectly preportioned making it super easy and convenient to whip up.

1. Heat your liquid

About 6oz will do.

Water, milk (don't let let it boil), teas, whatever you fancy.

2. Break up your nua cacao

4 squares will do most but add to your hearts's desire.

3. Add some flavour

We love honey, sugar, maple syrup, cinnamon, or cayenne and a tiny bit of salt.

4. Blend (the most important piece)

This step to be crucial to a perfect cup.

You must blend thoroughly. Doing this with a blender or hand held milk frother works a treat.
